The idea behind TREE

One place to start.

A house on the Costa Blanca is three jobs. Finding it. Building or changing it. Finishing it so it works for the way you live. Usually that means three firms and three phone numbers. At TREE the three sit under one roof, so the person who showed you the house is still around when the walls come down.

You do not need all three. Buy through Find and build elsewhere. Bring us a house you already own and start at Build. Or go to Live for a kitchen alone. Find and Build share one office in Jávea; for Live we work with Sani-Kitchen Projects, an independent company whose work we know.

Getting to know each other

Start with a conversation.

You do not need to know which route is yours before you get in touch. That is what the first conversation is for. It goes like this.

    Tell us what you are looking for

    A plot, a house to change, a kitchen to replace. Or only a rough idea and a town you like. Tell it like it is.

  2. 02

    We work out which expertise fits

    Together we look at what you have and what you want, and who should be at the table: one route, two, or all three. If we are not the right people, we will say so.

  3. 03

    We decide the next step together

    A viewing, a site visit, a first sketch, or time to think. You set the pace; nothing moves without you.

About TREE

Based in Jávea, here in person.

TREE is the roof over Find, Build and Live. One office, on Avenida de la Fontana in Jávea. Jan van Wulfften Palthe owns TREE and is usually the person you speak to first. We work in Dutch, English, Spanish and German.

We listen first, then we walk. Before anyone talks about money we want to see the house, the plot or the plan with you, and hear what your days here should look like. Then we tell you what we think, including the parts you may not want to hear.

We work between Dénia and Calpe and no further, so we can be on site ourselves. If you are in Jávea, come by — but call first, so someone is in.
