2. Purpose and terms of use
This is the corporate website of the TREE group. Its function is to present the group and its three disciplines — Find (estate agency), Build (construction and renovation) and Live (kitchens, bathrooms and interiors) — to refer visitors to each company's own website, and to allow a first contact through the contact form. No services are offered or contracted on this site.
Access and browsing confer user status and imply acceptance of this notice to the extent permitted by law. Users must use the site lawfully and diligently and respect the rights of the owner and of third parties. Introducing malicious code, attempting to access restricted areas, disrupting the site or using its content for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
3. The group and the companies linked to
Tree Properties (Find), at treeproperties.es, and Tree Constructions (Build), at treeprojects.es, are part of the TREE group. Sani-Kitchen Projects (Live) is a trusted partner with its own brand and its own legal entity, and is not part of the TREE group; it is identified as such wherever it appears.
Each company provides its services in its own name, on its own terms, and publishes its own legal notice and privacy policy on its own website. The information on this site about each discipline is descriptive; it is not a contractual offer and does not replace the pre-contractual information each company must provide.
4. Nothing is contracted here
This site publishes no prices, timescales, specifications or guarantee terms, has no private area, and allows nothing to be booked, commissioned or contracted. It does have a contact form, which serves solely to get in touch: sending it does not constitute a booking, a commission or a contract. The terms of each commission are agreed in writing with the company concerned, before the work is carried out.
No reference to information being "indicative", "for guidance" or "non-contractual" excludes, reduces or alters the mandatory pre-contractual information, nor the enforceability that the law attaches to an offer, to advertising, to specifications, to financial terms or to guarantees that are actually communicated. Where a communicated condition is more favourable to the consumer than the one written into the contract, the mandatory rules apply.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the texts, designs, trade marks, logos and images on this site belong to the owner or are used with the rights holders' permission. The name Sani-Kitchen Projects belongs to that company; this site uses it solely to identify the trusted partner responsible for the Live discipline, and does not reproduce its logo. Access to the site grants no licence or right of exploitation. Unauthorised reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, extraction or reuse is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.
6. Accuracy, availability and liability
The owner will endeavour to keep the information correct and the site running securely and continuously. It cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions or technical incidents. Where it becomes aware of a material error, it will take reasonable steps to correct it.
To the extent permitted by law, the owner will not be liable for damage caused solely by failures outside its reasonable control, by unlawful or negligent use by the user, or by third-party information of which it has no actual knowledge. This clause does not exclude or limit liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor consumer rights.
7. Links and third-party content
This site links to treeproperties.es, treeprojects.es and sani-kitchenprojects.es, and to third-party services such as the OpenStreetMap map, WhatsApp and email. Those links open only when the visitor clicks them. The owner does not permanently monitor those sites and does not adopt their terms, content or privacy practices. If it becomes aware that a link leads to unlawful or harmful content, it will act diligently to remove or disable it.
8. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data — including the data sent through the contact form — and the use of cookies or similar technologies are governed by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy, permanently accessible from the footer. A short data protection notice with a link to the Privacy policy is shown next to the form.
Messages from the form are recorded, server to server, in the group's contact management system (the GoHighLevel CRM, from HighLevel Inc., United States), from which the team reads and answers them; nothing from that supplier is loaded in the visitor's browser. Its role as processor, the retention period and the safeguards for the transfer are explained in the Privacy policy.
9. Complaints
Users may address any complaint to info@tree.es. Official complaint forms are available to consumers in accordance with Valencian regulations. Complaints about a specific service should be addressed to the company providing it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This site is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting the user or consumer in their country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules. Consumers are not subjected to a forum other than the one legally available to them.
11. Languages and updates
The Spanish, English and Dutch versions are intended to have equivalent content. The Spanish version is used as the drafting reference in the event of discrepancy, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that apply. Last revised: 26-09-2026.

2. Objeto y condiciones de uso
Este sitio es la página corporativa del grupo TREE. Su función es presentar el grupo y sus tres disciplinas —Find (intermediación inmobiliaria), Build (construcción y reforma) y Live (cocinas, baños e interiorismo)—, remitir a la web de cada una y facilitar un primer contacto a través del formulario de contacto. No se ofrecen ni se contratan servicios en este sitio.
El acceso y la navegación implican la condición de usuario y la aceptación de este aviso en la medida permitida por la ley. El usuario se compromete a utilizar el sitio de forma lícita, diligente y respetuosa con los derechos del titular y de terceros. Queda prohibido introducir código malicioso, intentar acceder a áreas restringidas, alterar el funcionamiento del sitio o utilizar sus contenidos con fines ilícitos.
3. El grupo y las empresas enlazadas
Tree Properties (Find), en treeproperties.es, y Tree Constructions (Build), en treeprojects.es, forman parte del grupo TREE. Sani-Kitchen Projects (Live) es un socio de confianza con marca y personalidad jurídica propias, y no forma parte del grupo TREE; se identifica como tal en todas las páginas donde aparece.
Cada empresa presta sus servicios en su propio nombre, con sus propias condiciones, y publica su propio aviso legal y su propia política de privacidad en su sitio web. La información de este sitio sobre cada disciplina es descriptiva y no constituye una oferta contractual ni sustituye a la información precontractual que cada empresa debe facilitar.
4. Aquí no se contrata
Este sitio no publica precios, plazos, calidades ni condiciones de garantía, no dispone de área privada y no permite reservar, encargar ni contratar nada. Dispone de un formulario de contacto que sirve exclusivamente para establecer contacto: su envío no constituye reserva, encargo ni contrato. Las condiciones de cada encargo se acuerdan por escrito con la empresa correspondiente, con carácter previo a la prestación.
Ninguna mención de carácter "informativo", "orientativo" o "no contractual" excluye, reduce o altera la información precontractual obligatoria ni el carácter exigible que la legislación atribuya a la oferta, la publicidad, las calidades, las condiciones económicas o las garantías que efectivamente se comuniquen. Cuando una condición comunicada sea más favorable para el consumidor que la incorporada al contrato, se aplicará lo previsto por la normativa imperativa.

Salvo indicación expresa, los textos, diseños, marcas, logotipos e imágenes de este sitio pertenecen al titular o se utilizan con autorización de sus titulares. El nombre Sani-Kitchen Projects pertenece a esa empresa; este sitio lo emplea únicamente para identificar al socio de confianza que se encarga de la disciplina Live y no reproduce su logotipo. El acceso al sitio no concede licencia ni derecho de explotación. Quedan prohibidas la reproducción, transformación, distribución, comunicación pública, extracción o reutilización no autorizadas, salvo los usos permitidos por la ley.
6. Exactitud, disponibilidad y responsabilidad
El titular procurará que la información sea correcta y que el sitio funcione de forma segura y continua. No puede garantizar la ausencia absoluta de errores, interrupciones o incidencias técnicas. Cuando tenga conocimiento de un error relevante, adoptará medidas razonables para corregirlo.
En la medida permitida por la ley, el titular no responderá de daños causados exclusivamente por fallos ajenos a su control razonable, por un uso ilícito o negligente del usuario o por información de terceros sobre la que no tenga conocimiento efectivo. Este sitio enlaza a treeproperties.es, treeprojects.es y sani-kitchenprojects.es, y a servicios de terceros como el mapa de OpenStreetMap, WhatsApp y el correo electrónico. Esos enlaces se abren solo cuando el usuario los pulsa. El titular no controla de forma permanente esos sitios ni asume sus condiciones, contenidos o prácticas de privacidad. Si conoce que un enlace dirige a contenido ilícito o lesivo, actuará con diligencia para retirarlo o inutilizarlo.
8. Protección de datos y cookies
El tratamiento de datos personales —incluidos los que se envían a través del formulario de contacto— y el uso de cookies o tecnologías similares se regulan en la Política de privacidad y la Política de cookies, accesibles de forma permanente desde el pie de página. Junto al formulario se muestra una información básica sobre protección de datos con enlace a la Política de privacidad.
Los mensajes del formulario se registran, de servidor a servidor, en el sistema de gestión de contactos del grupo (CRM GoHighLevel, de HighLevel Inc., Estados Unidos), desde el que el equipo los lee y responde; en el navegador del visitante no se carga ningún elemento de ese proveedor. Su papel como encargado del tratamiento, el plazo de conservación y las garantías de la transferencia se explican en la Política de privacidad.
9. Reclamaciones
El usuario puede dirigir cualquier reclamación a info@tree.es. Existen hojas de reclamaciones oficiales a disposición del consumidor conforme a la normativa de la Comunitat Valenciana. Las reclamaciones relativas a un servicio concreto se dirigirán a la empresa que lo presta.
10. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción
Este sitio se rige por la legislación española, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas que protejan al usuario o consumidor en su país de residencia. Las controversias se someterán a los juzgados y tribunales competentes conforme a la normativa procesal aplicable. No se impone a los consumidores un fuero distinto del que les corresponda legalmente.
