Cookie policy
1. Controller and contact
The controller of the site and of this policy is Propiedades de TREE S.L., Spanish tax ID B70945027, registered at Av. de la Fontana 11, 03730 Xàbia/Jávea (Alicante), Spain. Contact: info@tree.es.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a site stores on or reads from the user's device. Equivalent technologies may also be used, such as the browser's local storage. The duty to inform and, where applicable, to obtain consent depends on the purpose, not only on the technical name of the technology.
3. Technologies used
| Name / technology | Owner | Purpose and category | Expected duration | Status and activation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| tree-cookie-consent (local storage, not a cookie) | Propiedades de TREE S.L. (first party) | Store the user's choice. Technical and strictly necessary to remember the requested preference. | Until the user clears browser storage. | Created only when a choice is saved in the banner. No banner is shown today, so this entry does not exist. |
| _ga | Distinguish users for Google Analytics 4. Analytics, not necessary. | 2 years by default; settings or the browser may shorten it. | Planned, not active now. Only after analytics is accepted, once analytics is configured. | |
| _ga_ followed by the GA4 measurement ID | Maintain Google Analytics 4 session state. Analytics, not necessary. | 2 years by default; settings or the browser may shorten it. | Planned, not active now. Only after analytics is accepted, once analytics is configured. |
At this moment the site uses no analytics: no banner is shown, no consent is asked, no cookie is set and nothing is stored in the browser. The banner and the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer will appear as soon as Google Analytics 4 is switched on; until then, the two GA4 rows in the table are planned and not active. Today's actual inventory is empty: even the strictly necessary tree-cookie-consent entry is created only when a visitor saves a choice in the banner.
This site has a contact form that sends the message to a route on our own server, on the same domain. From there, server to server, the message is recorded as a contact with a note in the group's CRM (GoHighLevel, from HighLevel Inc.): no script, pixel, iframe or widget from that supplier is loaded in the visitor's browser, and that supplier sets no cookies on this domain. The form sets no cookies and uses no browser local storage, and its spam protection, a hidden field and a server-side limit on submissions, works without an external captcha: nothing is stored in the visitor's browser. How the submitted data is handled, including HighLevel's role as processor, is explained in the Privacy policy. There is no private area and no external content management system: text and images are part of the site itself and are served from our own domain. Fonts are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own domain, with no calls to Google Fonts from the browser. No Google Tag Manager, external captcha, externally hosted embedded video, chat, social pixels or newsletter tools are used, and there is no embedded map or any other embedded third-party content. The "On the map" link opens OpenStreetMap in a new tab, and only when the visitor clicks it. The links to treeproperties.es, treeprojects.es and sani-kitchenprojects.es lead to sites outside this domain: whatever those sites do with cookies falls outside this policy.
4. How we obtain consent
No consent is asked today, because there is nothing to consent to: the site uses no analytics and no other non-necessary technology, shows no banner and stores nothing in the browser. The rules in this section are the ones that will apply as soon as Google Analytics 4 is switched on; the banner is already built and will appear at that point, together with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
- Before a choice is made, only strictly necessary technologies are active.
- Google Analytics 4 will use basic blocking: no Google script is loaded and no request is sent to Google before the user accepts analytics. Google Tag Manager and advanced consent mode are not used. Google Signals will be off and user and event data retention will be set to 14 months. The measurement ID will be stated in this policy, in the table in section 3, before measurement is switched on.
- Accept and reject are offered in the first layer, at the same level, at the same time, and with equally visible and equally easy mechanisms. Granular settings are directly accessible.
- Nothing is pre-ticked. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the banner does not count as consent.
- Rejecting analytics does not restrict normal use of the site.
5. Changing or withdrawing your choice
While analytics is off there is no choice to change: no banner is shown and the footer carries no "Cookie preferences" link, because there would be nothing to set. Once analytics is switched on, that link will be permanently available in the footer and you can open it at any time. When consent is withdrawn, the site stops triggering further analytics calls from that moment and, where technically possible, deletes first-party analytics cookies on the domain. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing and does not retroactively erase information already transmitted to Google. In any case, you can delete cookies or local storage from your browser.
6. International transfers
While analytics is off, this site transmits no data to Google. Once it is switched on, Google may process data in the United States; the safeguards and the applicable mechanism are explained in the Privacy policy. Reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework depends on the importing entity maintaining an active certification covering the service and the data; failing that, valid contractual safeguards must apply. Messages from the contact form are recorded in the group's CRM, whose supplier is established in the United States; that transfer does not happen through cookies and is explained, with its safeguards, in the Privacy policy.
7. Updates
This policy will be reviewed whenever the technologies, purposes, third parties or configuration change. Last revised, with the inventory updated: 26-09-2026.
Annex A. Banner first layer
This first layer is written and built, but today nobody sees it: it will appear once analytics is switched on.

| _ga | Distinguir usuarios para Google Analytics 4. Analítica, no necesaria. | Planificado, hoy no activo.
Analítica, no necesaria. | Planificado, hoy no activo.
